Privacy Policy

At Thinking Love, we do everything we can to protect your privacy. We never sell or share email lists with other people or businesses. We also want to be clear about what information we store and how we keep it safe. That’s why we have this privacy policy. It states when and why we collect personal information, how it gets used, and how we keep it safe.

Types of data we collect

Cookies

Like most websites, we use cookies (little bits of data that are stored on your computer). Cookies let us know if you have visited before. They can improve your experience on our site, since we use them to store your preferences. We also use cookies to understand how visitors use our site. However, cookies aren’t needed in order to use our site. Information from cookies is anonymous and can’t be used to identify individuals. If you’d like to make changes to your cookie preferences, please visit the help page in your browser.

Google Analytics

When someone visits http://thinkinglove.education, we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of the visitor’s behaviour on the site. This helps us learn things like how many visitors we have to different pages of our site. When this information is processed, it is anonymous: we can’t identify anyone. We never attempt, nor allow Google to attempt, to find out the identities of who is visiting  our site.

Mailing lists

When you sign up for our email newsletter, we take your personal information: namely, your email address. This lets us get in touch with you about news and updates on our podcast and blog, to get in touch with you if we need more information from you, to check that our records are correct, and to see if you are enjoying our podcast and blog! We do not share, sell, trade, or rent email lists with any one else. Your contact details are precious and we are glad you feel you can trust us with them.

We use MailerLite, to send our newsletter. MailerLite allows us to see statistics about email opening and clicks to help us keep track of how our newsletter is doing. This is pretty standard across the industry, and it helps us keep our podcast, blog, and newsletter relevant to you and your interests. For more information, please see MailerLite’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

Third parties

We take your privacy very seriously, and do not share your information with anyone else.

Affiliate Links

Some posts may include affiliate links. If you purchase something from one of these links, I will get a commission. My close friends know that I love to share great products with them, and that’s what I plan to do here! I will always give my honest opinion and share products that I love.

I am a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for me to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

Access to your personal information

If you ever want to view, amend, or delete the personal information we hold, please email amy (at) thinkinglove (dot) education.

Changes to this privacy policy

We review our privacy policy on a regular basis and will list updates here.
